First try-out pitch Ger-frame

Last Friday we pitched the skelet of the Ger for the first time, to do a try-out and take the measures for the sewing. I was curious because i changed a couple of things regarding the traditional Ger measures. my walls and doors are 15cm higher at 1,70m. And i have 2 doors. Which changes the wall sections. To add another factor; i changed the width of my frontdoor to 1,75m. Which normally is the width of a door for a 7m∅ Ger. It worked quite well. I've got 7 roofpoles resting on my frontdoor and 5 on my 'backdoor' . 81 of them in total. 4 walls with each receiving 15 roofpoles  and one 'little' of 9.
My Bhagans (support Tonoo) are  2,60m high.

We did the try-out pitch under the market-hall of Bordes sur Arize with the permission of the (new) mayor. And he was quite impressed....
Bordes sur Arize is where i prepared my wall sections and roofpoles in the livingroom of Rémi.

Before going to town i prepared a little lunch for Rémi and me. I had a little reggae song coming back in my head while cooking. Since i had no music with me i asked Rémi if he could produce a little reggae loop to keep me entertained while cooking. 10 minutes later the music was rising...
